Mehndi, also known as henna across the globe, is a paste often associated with good fortune and positivity. It is one of the oldest forms of body art originated by humans. Women and girls get their hands and feet laden with this paste on auspicious occasions. Be it weddings or festivals like Diwali, Bhai Dooj, Teej or Eid – Mehendi is an extremely cherished way to drench into the celebratory feels for most girls. While some women swoon over its aromatic fragrance, others absolutely love their hands adorned with pretty and intricate mehndi designs. But now, as the time has advanced, it is common for men to apply mehendi as well. Mehndi Designs For Beginners

Online Retreat Taught by Swami Khecaranatha

Friday July 24, 6:15 pm (PDT) through Sunday, July 26, 1:00 pm

** Please note that the fees for our online retreat programs have been gradually increasing and will rise again in the fall (although the current discount rates will continue). We began offering online retreats in April without charge, by donation only. We shifted to a fee-based structure for the June 5-7 retreat with a range of from scholarship to $75.00. You will notice that the top of the range is now $108.00.

We are a non-profit organization whose sole purpose is making this valuable teaching available to all who wish to receive it. Before the Covid-19 situation our retreats were in-person with a fee of $375 for 3 days. Without that financial base, we need some income to maintain our operations—especially since we never charge for our ongoing weekly programs, whether in-person or live-streamed. Thank you for your understanding and support.
